We make the developer hiring process easy and efficient, with the following steps:

  1.  Answer 5 simple questions to get matched to pre-vetted developers using AI
  2. Book a call with us to discuss your hiring needs.
  3. We will curate the top developers best suited to you and you can schedule your interviews.
  4. After you have interviewed the candidates and selected the best developer for your team, we will take care of the HR and compliance paperwork, logistics, health insurance, and a WFH setup.

You can hire a developer for any duration and development role, including permanent full-time or contract roles. Pesto will take care of payroll and other logistics.

We do not charge any upfront fees. We only charge once the hire is made, on a month-to-month recurring basis.

If you are not satisfied with your Pesto Developer, please let our hiring consultant know immediately. We will try our best to resolve the issue.

We understand that sometimes people may have incompatible working styles. If this is the case, you have the option to terminate the contract with a month’s notice. You will then be matched with another developer free of charge.

There is no limit to the number of interviews a company can conduct.

We do not offer a trial period for devs hired from Pesto.
